Paul Mitchell began his service as the Executive Director of the Coalition for Compassion and Justice (CCJ) in April, 2015. He previously served as the co-Executive Director of the Unitarian Universalist Justice Arizona Network (UUJAZ) and the Granite Peak Unitarian Universalist Social Justice Facilitator. He currently volunteers as facilitator for the Quad City Interfaith Council. Last year, he was named the 2015 Man of the Year by the Prescott Area Leadership (PAL) Organization. In 2014, he was the recipient of the Albert Lovejoy Memorial Social Justice Award for his work in the greater Prescott community, including his supportive activities in Operation Deep Freeze, the Miller Valley Education Project, Granite Peak Public Dialog Project and other community programs. Paul is married to Vickey La Motte and they have three grown kids and two grandsons.
