Sharon Andersen, Director CCJ Home Repair Program, has been a member of the Prescott community for over 15 years but her roots in Arizona go back to her childhood.
Sharon was raised in Phoenix and spent many hours hiking, fishing and horseback riding in the Prescott area. Sharon graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration. She worked in the Phoenix area in accounting and finance and held positions such as VP of Finance and Controller for several large organizations.
Sharon is pleased to be a part of the CCJ team and is dedicated to the goal of helping low income home owners continue to live safely in their own homes. While the Home Repair Program can be thought about in terms of hammers and nails, Sharon believes that it is about people. She feels blessed by the people she meets, the clients, the volunteers and the business community members who are so willing to help others. She is often reminded that Prescott is still a small community which values helping those in need.
