Paloma VillageNew Housing Development in Chino Valley
Why is Paloma Village so Important?
As you may know, there is a housing crisis in the tri-city area right now. The number of housing units available is not meeting the demand of a growing group of people needing affordable housing.
That’s where we step in. We are building housing that is not only beautiful, but also meets a price point that those in this group can sustain.
We are committed to ending homelessness one house at a time. We currently have 25 units of affordable housing in RVs, mobiles, standard residential homes, lodges, and cottages.
We are compassionate landlords, guiding our tenants into being responsible renters.
Our vision is to create a model of housing designs capable of ending homelessness in cities across the nation.
How are we doing it?
In 2020, we partnered with Dorn Homes and over 50 local contractors to build the Lodges. The Lodges are 6-bedroom homes that have a private entrance to give each unit an apartment feel.
The residents share common areas and pay $400 dollars a month. We include all utilities and keep rent consistent as we help our tenants gain positive rental history and habits to sustain housing.
We know that incremental growth is a path to success and we provide that opportunity every step of the way!
