Our mission in affordable housing is to provide a stair-step array of housing according to cost. This affords our clients that ability to make incremental growth toward fair market rate housing. We believe this is the most dignified way to assist our clients from homelessness, through poverty and into their highest potential.

The Lodge
The structures were a complete collaboration between CCJ, Dorn Homes, and over 50 trades that built these from the ground up! Now, each house can be home for up to 6 individuals transitioning out of homelessness. They offer the feel of family as well as the independence of an apartment, with a small porch off each bedroom. This is truly affordable housing at $350 per month..
NEXT PROJECT:
PALOMA VILLAGE
Paloma Village will be a 25-unit manufactured home community built on 4 acres in Chino Valley. This phased project will house up to 60 people at an affordable rate of $500-$900 a month.
Paloma Village will have a range of one, two, and three bedroom option for a variety of tenants. CCJ will provide onsite assistance, each tenant will have wrap-around services, and the community will be maintained by our maintenance team.
Paloma Village will be a 5 million dollars project that will span over 3-5 years.
Coalition for Compassion and Justice has served those living in poverty in the Prescott community since 2001.
We are a client-centered organization, dedicated to the needs of the most vulnerable. Collaborative since its inception, we continue to streamline services with our organizational partners and create effective and non-duplicative efforts.
